General Pest Control - Lovingly called our "creepy crawly" service, as it is effective against most all pests that crawl or walk; including spiders, ants, box elder bugs, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, ladybugs, and the like. These applications are primarily done during the spring and summer months. At Pabco, we typically start in the month of April, and offer either monthly or bi-monthly service for the duration of the spring and summer seasons. During the initial treatment, our technicians work with you to help determine the best course of action geared toward properly controlling the pests around your home. We'll never lock you in a contract, simply
because we're sure you'll CHOOSE to come back! The pesticides we use are completely safe for adults, children, and pets; it contains the same active ingredient as is found in Frontline Flea and Tick treatment. The client does not need to leave the residence during application, we just ask that children and pets not touch the pesticide until it has dried completely, which typically takes no longer than 15-20 minutes. Our product contains a residule enabling it to withstand the harsh and ever-changing Michigan climate, so you can rest assured that your home will be well protected in-between applications. Rodent Control - Rodents pose serious health risks and can cause serious damage to the inaccessible areas of your home, however, Pabco Services can help. Proper rodent control will ensure the safety of your home against these unwanted guests. This process involves the strategic placement of rodent bait stations, preferably in attics, garages, kitchens, closets, pole barns, sheds, and the exterior of a home. These bait stations are placed and filled with bait during an initial treatment and then re-filled with bait based specifically on the needs of the residence. If maintained properly, once an infestation is under control, bait stations only need be checked and refilled a couple times a year, typically in the spring and fall. Bait stations offer a benefit that typical traps cannot;

Bee/Wasp Treatment/Hive Removal - This is done per occurence. Pabco Services has experience in treating ground bees, hornets, boring bees, yellow jackets, honey bees, wasps or any other bee our state has to offer. We will also remove and dispose of the hive as to prevent re-infestation. We take every precaution during treatment to ensure the safety of our clients, and may require that a client relocate if we are removing a hive from inside the residence.
Cockroach Treatment - Properly eradicating a roach infestation is a multi-step process, but rest assured that Pabco Services is here to help you every step of the way. Service begins with a three fold treatment process that will require clients to leave the residence for 3 to 4 hours. Monthly treatments will be required after until the infestation is resolved, clients may remain in their home for these follow up calls. During your initial visit, your Serviceman will give you some pointers specific to your living situation, as to make our treatments the most effective as possible and to ensure that the cockroach problem is gone as quickly as possible.
